Most branch meetings for 2011-2012 will be luncheon meetings held at the First Baptist Church, between Charlotte and Oak Street just south of I-240. Although the address is 17 Oak St., by entering from Charlotte Street, the parking is free.
The cost of the lunch is $12.00 per person and reservations must be made. To make a reservation email us at ashevilleaauw@gmail.com. Reservations must be received by the Thursday before the Branch meeting. Payment is due at the door. Since lunches must be ordered from the caterer in advance, members who make a reservation but do not attend will still owe $12. Members who wish to attend only the program portion of the meeting do not need to make a reservation. In case of inclement weather, branch meetings will be cancelled when Asheville city schools are closed.
